Charles Pearson joined Preparis in March 2016 as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and was appointed to CEO effective Nov. 1. Prior to Preparis, Pearson led OmniLink as CFO from SaaS software startup to a successful sale to NUMEREX (NASDAQ:NMRX) in 2014. After the sale, he remained with NUMEREX as Vice President of Sales and Operations where he was responsible for OmniLink’s Internet of Things (IoT) initiatives for the Mobile Personal Emergency Response Systems (mPERs) and personal location solutions. Pearson also led a four-fold growth of Manteca Enterprises as Vice President of Finance and sold the company to Consolidated Delivery and Logistics (NASDAQ: CDV).
Wade Tucker joined Preparis in May 2014 as VP of Sales and was appointed to Chief Sales Officer (CSO) in December 2014. Since coming to Preparis, Wade has increased overall revenue by 250+% and has led the company to its best two years in company history. Prior to Preparis, Wade led the West Coast Heathcare Team at AirWatch which was acquired by VMWare (NYSE: VMW) in Feb 2014 for 1.5 Billion. Wade also led SignUp4’s sales team taking them from startup, 1M in revenue, to 7M in revenue. SignUp4 was bought by CVENT (NYSE:CVT).
Rick Hollahan joined Preparis in Jan 2014 as interim CTO responsible for all internal and client facing information technology support. He took the role permanently in Jan 2015 and was a key player in the successful re-platforming of the company’s SaaS technology. Prior to Preparis, Hollahan was CTO of The Network (TNW), where he led the turnaround of the IT organization and creation of a world class SaaS development team. Before joining TNW Rick held a variety of IT executive, development, support and consulting roles at Xcellenet, HBOC, Georgia Pacific and VistaLeaf Consulting.
VP Product Development
Paul Matteson joined Preparis in April 2016 as VP of Development. Prior to Preparis, Matteson led OmniLink’s development team as Director of Engineering. After OmniLink’s sales to NUMEREX (NASDQ:NMRX) in 2014 he continued in his role leading software development on OmniLink’s SaaS products as VP of Software Applications. Before joining OmniLink Paul functioned in a variety of software architecture and development roles at Ceridian, Extreme Logic Inc., Greenbrier & Russel and EDS.
Brandon Blake has over 10 years’ of experience in the SaaS, M2M, and IOT space. Brandon joined Preparis as Vice President of Operations in January 2017. While at Omnilink Systems from 2005 to 2014 he was in charge of operations and account management. When Omnilink was acquired by Numerex Corp. in 2014 Brandon remained with Numerex as Director of Account Management. Brandon has a BBA from Georgia State University.
Judson Phillips has over 15 years of experience in leading marketing efforts for emerging SaaS organizations. Judson joined Preparis as Vice President of Marketing in November 2018, and prior to Preparis, he directed marketing for Blue Ridge Global. Judson has extensive executive marketing and consulting management positions with numerous software organizations that were successfully acquired by publicly traded companies. Early-stage high tech software ventures include: Brightree (acquired by ResMed in 2016), Advectis, Inc. (acquired by Xerox in 2007), ViaFone (acquired by Extended Systems in 2002) and 2order.com (acquired by Primus in 2000). Judson has a BS in Computer Science from North Carolina State University. .
